OUR TECHNOLOGY

HMG SERVICES, INC. is a worldwide supplier of proprietary gasification technology designed to convert municipal solid waste, biomass, and hazardous waste streams, traditionally destined for landfill into inert ash with up to 95% reduced mass with low greenhouse gases produced during the gasification process.

The Hazmed employs a modular, skid-mounted format capable of rapid deployment to remote locations; it can be installed easily either inside or outside and quickly configured for remote monitoring.

The Hazmed is available in a variety of volumetric and operational configurations, ranging in size from 1.5 Tons/day to 10 Tons/day operational capacity for rapid deployment, and up to 20 Tons/day fixed.  It can be custom filled with ancillary equipment as required for specialized applications.  Hazmed systems have been successfully built by the management team for the US Military, Island Countries, and Oil Companies.

WHAT IS GASIFICATION?

Gasification is the process of "Cooking" a feed-stock at VERY high temperatures in an oxygen controlled environment to produce Syngas. The conversion process or thermal chemical reaction that takes place achieves this without total combustion leading to partial oxidation of the feedstock. The syngas produced can be used as an alternative fuel.

WHAT IS SYNGAS?

Sunthisis Gas or Syngas is a gas that contains Hydrogen, Carbon Monoxide and Carbon Dioxide. Syngas can be used as a direct fuel or as a substitute fuel in many applications providing energy to the production of many applications such as space air heating, district heating, or hot water.
